Our Tele-Conference Sessions are held throughout the day.These sessions are mostly for Prayer but are also interspersed with Bible Study and other talks on Health and Social issues. These include:

• Morning Riser Sessions from 5:00am - 6:00am
• Mid-day/ Lunch Time Sessions from 12:00noon - 1:00pm
• Evening Prayers from 10:00pm - 12:00 midnight.
